Our 5 frame nucs, or nucleus colonies, are made up of a newly mated queen, 2-3 frames of brood/larva, honey and pollen. Its the perfect way to start your own bee colony. By supporting local beekeepers, you're not only getting the best honey and nucs but also helping to support the vital role of bees in our ecosystem.

Secure your colony for the upcoming season with our premium 5-frame Langstroth nucs, housed in high-quality Pro Nuc boxes.
Each nuc includes:
2-3 frames of healthy brood/larvae, ensuring a strong foundation for your colony
2-3 frames of honey and pollen, providing the nourishment your bees need to thrive
Our queens are newly mated and will be placed in each nuc a full 3 weeks in advance to ensure optimal health and productivity.
Pro Nuc Boxes: The Pro Nuc box is included in the price of the nuc.
Pickup & Delivery: Nucs will be available for pickup at designated drop-off locations in Airdrie, Okotoks, and Calgary. Typically, nucs will be ready for pickup on the first weekend in June. We will notify you when your colony is ready to go!
